A Background in Service, Analysis, and Complex Projects

I am a California attorney in Ventura County. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Central and South America, I bring a bilingual perspective and a career shaped by public service and work across disciplines.

I served as a U.S. Navy Supply Corps officer, retiring as a lieutenant commander in 2021. My assignments included shipboard operations, federal acquisition and contracting, information technology programs, and logistics leadership for the Seabees. Those roles taught me to make sense of complex records, coordinate people with different expertise, and deliver careful work under demanding deadlines and regulations.

Since 2021, I have managed technical projects with OM Group Inc. supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, coordinating operations and maintenance of software and enterprise solutions. I earned my Juris Doctor with high honors from The Colleges of Law in 2025 and became a California attorney in 2026. During a criminal law internship at The Kann California Law Group, I researched and drafted motions and memoranda, reviewed discovery, and prepared case analyses. My Navy acquisition and logistics work and current technology projects give me familiarity with supplier and service agreements, performance records, procurement processes, and the operational context of business disputes. I bring that background and my legal training to defined assignments for attorneys and law firms.
