Information you choose to send
This site has no contact form. If you email me, I receive your email address and the information you include. I use it to respond, evaluate a potential assignment, and, if we work together, communicate about that work. Please do not send confidential information or documents in an initial email. We can discuss an appropriate way to exchange materials after the assignment and any conflicts are reviewed.
Website visits and cookies
The pages do not include my own analytics, advertising pixels, or code that sets tracking cookies. The hosting service may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and page requests to deliver and secure the site. I do not use this site to sell visitor information or run targeted advertising. If the site's tools change, I will update this notice.
External sites and questions
Links to the State Bar or other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. For questions about information you emailed to me, contact roxie@roxiemallen.com.

An initial email or use of this site does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Please wait for written confirmation of an engagement before assuming I represent you or will handle a deadline.
Descriptions of experience, coursework, or possible assignments do not promise any particular outcome. The scope, timing, and fee for any work are discussed separately. This page does not replace an engagement agreement.
